We qualify
individuals based on their ability to pay, not their credit or
down payment. You must be able to spend at least $1200/month
on housing payment and have at least $3000 in available
capital to qualify. Once qualified, a Real Estate Salesperson
will work with you as a virtual Buyer Agent to show you
houses. |

Fill out and submit the
“Home Search Service Worksheet” by clicking on the link
below. |

$35 application fee for
credit and reference check. Poor credit will not
necessarily disqualify you. |

An agent will contact you
and set up a free MLS search of properties matching your
criteria and will work with you as a buyer agent to help
you locate a home. |

Once you identify a property
you are interested in living in, our staff will then
locate an investor to purchase the home for you and then
draw up a Lease Purchase Option for you. |
