PURCHASING NON-PERFORMING SECOND MORTGAGES AND MAKING THEM PERFORM.
Peoples Debt Relief Solutions, LLC (PDRS) is a private note company that acquires, manages and liquidates defaulted residential
mortgages. PDRS specializes in second mortgages. PDRS does not originate mortgages or lend money, instead concentrates on the
$2 trillion worth of notes classed as "distressed". We purchase non-performing and performing notes from selected sources,
work with borrowers to begin payments on their secured debt, and sell to clients re-performing notes and non-performing notes
PDRS is able to acquire notes at a discount making it easier to negotiate terms with the homeowners. PDRS is not interested in
owning the property through foreclosure. Our objective is to meet a homeowner's financial needs through creative strategies that
allow them to pay their debt and stay in their homes. This strategy we use with homeowners allows PDRS to create a performing cash
flow asset.
